Refund policy

SKEEN RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY 

Effective date: September 19, 2025

This Returns and Exchanges Policy (the “Policy”) governs all returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from Skeen LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company” “us” or “we”). By purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

  1. RETURN WINDOW You may return eligible items within thirty (30) days of delivery (the “Return Period”). All return requests must be initiated within the Return Period by contacting us at info@skeencare.co (subject line must include "Return" and order number) 
  2. ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION For hygiene and personal-care reasons, many items must be unopened/unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
    1. Eligible items for return (if unopened/unused) include:  Hypochlorous sprays (sealed bottles only)
    2. Items not eligible for return include: § Opened/used consumables or personal-care items § Final-sale items (marked on the product page or in checkout) § Gift cards We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
  3. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR WRONG ITEM If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
  4. EXCHANGES 
    1.  Direct exchanges are available for the same item if unopened/unused.
    2. If an exchange is not available, we’ll guide you to return for a refund and place a new order. 
  5. RETURN SHIPPING & REFUNDS
    1. For standard returns (change of mind/incorrect selection), you pay return shipping. 
    2. For defective/damaged/wrong items, we cover return or replacement shipping. 
    3. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 
    4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, typically appearing on your statement within five (5) to ten (10) business days. 
  6. HOW TO START A RETURN To initiate a return, customers must: 1. Email info@skeencare.co. 2. Include your order number, item(s) to return, and the reason for the return 3. Follow our instructions regarding the next steps and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)/return label if applicable 4. Carefully pack items to prevent transit damage and obtain tracking information 5. Await email confirmation once the return is processed 
  7. BUNDLES & SETS Bundles must be returned complete and in their original condition. Partial returns of a bundle may not be accepted unless otherwise stated by the Company. 
  8. GIFTS For gifts returned by a recipient, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the purchaser. Upon request and if the order qualifies, we may alternatively issue store credit to the gift recipient.
  9. POLICY UPDATES We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. You are responsible for reviewing this Policy periodically for changes.
